For those with accessibility needs, it's important to note that the whole property is split over 3 floors, with the 3 bedrooms being situated on the first floor, and the cinema accessed via a very steep staircase. For parking, the Pier Car Park (EX34 9EQ) is just a few yards from the property, offering 136 spaces. From 15 March to 31 October, the all-day rate is £15.00. Alternatively, Ropery Road Car Park (EX34 9EF) is a 10-minute walk away, with an all-day rate of £9.50 during the same period. Guests will have access to the whole home. Positioned above a shop but with private entrance on the front of the Quay. We will be on hand throughout the entire stay for any questions or assistance you may need. Care must be taken on the stairs up to the cinema room.
