Minutes from both the busy High Street, Tunnels beach and the bustling harbour area but tucked away next to a private communal nature garden, Overboard is ideal for seaside family breaks, walkers , surfers or romantic winter breaks taking in the spectacular views (binoculars supplied!)

Overboard is ideally located to explore all the fabulous North Devon coastline has to offer.

Overboard has the most spectacular views of this beautiful Devon seaside town and it's bustling harbour area.

Overboard has been extensively renovated throughout including new fitted kitchen and bathrooms a wood burning stove, entertainment system (including blu tooth sound system, 50 inch 4k smart TV, sound bar and sub woofer, blu ray and Disney+).

There is a secluded decking area with fitted barbecue to the rear, accessed through double opening doors from the well equipped kitchen, ideal for family gatherings and barbecues. There is an extending table that can seat up to 8 people.

There are 3 one Kingsize, and double and one small double with a bunk over. There is the option to use the 1st floor lounge as a fourth with a pull out day bed (king size).

Even with bedroom 4 in use, there is still the spacious open plan downstairs internal area and decking for the guests to enjoy social gatherings in the maximum of comfort.

Overboard is pet friendly but we do ask that you restrict your dogs to the open plan ground floor accommodation. There is a stair gate to assist with this request.

A high chair and travel cot are available on request.

Due to the location of Overboard, the property is accessed by 30 steps, so please be aware when booking, that any elderly or physically disabled guests may have issues with access.

However, the advantage is that you are tucked away with those stunning views, yet only a few minutes stroll through our lovely communal nature garden to access the harbour area and busy High Street.

You can pay for parking weekly or per day in the harbour area car parks, plus there is the option of free on street parking very close to the house from 6pm to 10am, but please check the signs before you park.
